The Fairfield Group is proud to announce its commitment to helping businesses comply with Natasha’s Law, a new piece of legislation designed to protect consumers from allergen-related risks. The law will require all pre-packaged food sold in the United Kingdom to carry a full list of ingredients and allergen information on the label, giving customers the peace of mind that they can make informed choices about what they eat.
Natasha’s Law was introduced following the tragic death of Natasha Ednan-Laperouse, who died after unknowingly eating sesame seeds contained in a baguette she had purchased from Pret-A-Manger in 2016. It is hoped that this law will prevent similar tragedies from happening again.
Fairfield Group understands how important it is for companies to comply with the new legislation quickly and efficiently, which is why we are offering our label solutions to help them do so. Our comprehensive range of services includes custom product labeling, barcode printing and scanning, variable data printing and more – all designed to make compliance with Natasha’s Law simple and stress-free.
As Mark Lynch, Managing Director at the Fairfield Group said: “We are committed to helping businesses meet their obligations under Natasha’s Law by providing fast and reliable labeling services that meet their needs. Our team has decades of experience in this area and we understand how important it is for companies to get it right first time.”
With our help, businesses can ensure that their products are compliant with Natasha’s Law as quickly as possible – giving consumers peace of mind when buying pre-packaged food in the UK.
At Fairfield Group, we believe that everyone should have access to safe food products – which is why we are proud to be part of this important initiative. We look forward to working with businesses across the UK as they work towards compliance with Natasha’s Law.
